GROUP 108: What the Buildings Can't Say for Themselves

A property can be photographed from a hundred angles, but photographs rarely explain how people actually experience it. The same is true of a developer. Brochures can describe projects, specifications and design intentions, yet the reputation surrounding a company often develops through something less controlled: what people encounter after they begin interacting with its projects. That is where Group 108 reviews become interesting. Unlike feedback about a single office or retail unit, a developer-level review can reflect several things at once. Someone may be commenting on a particular project, while another person may be responding to an interaction with a sales team, construction experience, customer service or simply the overall impression created by the company's portfolio.
